If you want a morning routine that actually works at your CORE and is specifically designed to take into account how you work so that your morning routine doesn't feel difficult and doesn't take ages, then read on!
Let me introduce my own, personal morning routine called the Inside Out Morning®. I put this routine together through a bit of trial and error but also using principles of psychology, nervous system regulation and neuroscience to hack into some of of your brain functions.
Those of you who are beady-eyed may also remember a version 1 of the Inside Out Morning® which came out in 2021. This version is a new and improved version with a different routine. This time the routine is short - really only 12 to 15 mins so very doable for those of you with busy lives.
Of course, you can choose to extend any of the steps you if you want to extend the routine for longer but I have made it short so it is quick and easy to do and build into the front end of your day.
I have also updated it in line with my own development around trauma, somatic work and nervous system regulation so you will see this new and improved version focuses on both the brain and the body whereas the original version was much more brain heavy.
The purpose of the Inside Out Morning® is to aim to set up your day in a way that allows you to be in the best and most calm place you can be. So much of entrepreneur life is fast, busy and stressful so the Inside Out Morning® is a bit of a shield against the potential stress that comes in in your morning. You will find if you do it regularly it will make a massive difference to your life. It is particularly good if you are an ADHD-r.
